Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Order cancellations are accepted only before the product is shipped.
  2. Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be possible through our website.

Return Policy:

  1. Return/Exchange is available only for selected products including God idols for dashboards and mobile covers.
  2. Return eligibility details are mentioned on the respective product page and may change without prior notice.
  3. If pickup service is not available at your location, the customer will need to self-ship the product to our office address.
  4. Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the product and reason for return.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refund requests are accepted only in case of:
  • Damaged or broken product
  • Wrong or missing item
  • Manufacturing defect
  1. Once the returned product is picked up and verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days using the original payment method.

Important Notes for Return:

  • Products must be unused and in original condition.
  • Items should be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any) intact.
  • Products showing signs of use, scratches, cracks, or damage will not be accepted.
  • Customized, personalized, or fragile devotional items may be non-returnable (refer product page).
  • Return/Exchange requests raised after the specified return period (as mentioned on the product page) will not be accepted.
